It is very nice and well made, however completely unrealistic for what regards the barge
a schuyt, the Dutch flat bottomed sailing boat/barge cannot sail on the canals with erected mast and even more with open sail.
It is unsafe but also forbidden.

a schuyt uses the sail when in open water (in the Ijsselmeer or in the sea) but when inland it lowers the mast (which can hinge back) and navigate on petrol engine. In the past the barges were pulled by horses, that's why close to navigable dutch canals there is always a road, it was originally for the horses.

Hat einer eine Idee wie der Schiffsantrieb funktioniert. Das Wasser ist ja wahrscheinlich ein Acrylharz mit Tiefe. Der Antrieb müsste darunter liegen. Aber dann hätte die Wasserpberfläche glatt sein müssen und es gäbe mit der Zeit Kratzer darauf. Es sieht so aus, als würde das Boot leicht schweben.
Und das Ruder bewegte sich auch in einem Flussbogen und sieht fast so aus, als wenn es "im Wasser" wäre.

I guess that it is just a Magnorail mechanism under thin base with water resin.
The water cannot be deep, otherwise the magnorail would need extremely powerful magnets.
To avoid scratches the modeller could have used felt rollers.
If you want to prevent scratches you must avoid to slide, hence roll.
