Super, and then tied with chains! Very good work.

Hi friends,
I decided to enrich the variety of load inserts for type DRG SSml/DB SSw 07 flatcar with one more kind - stacked pipes. As always before, I did my best to make them as realistic as possible. The pipes are made of natural brass tubes with thin walls. Ø 4 mm tubes with only 0.2 mm walls were used here. Furthermore, end edges of the tubes were additionally thinned in order to achieve even more realistic look.
The tubes feature multiple airbrushed paint levels: metal primer, dark iron dye and rust/weathering. All these layers combined together in a special way provide very realistic look of the load. Additionally, the tubes feature red-brown coating of the inner surface - just like in real life.
The pipes are arranged in 6-piece stacks and tied with dark photo-etched nickel silver chains. Stoppers at the bottom prevent the load insert from sliding off the flatcar during motion.
The load insert weighs 7±0.2 grams. New loads are available here:

Greetings to all,
I would like to introduce two new types of load inserts that are similar to each other, but completely unique as such - steel coils for two types of heavy-duty flatcars - 6-axle SSym 46 and 4-axle SSy 45/Rlmmp 700. This is the most advanced kind of loads I ever produced.
The loads are made entirely of metal and provide a very high level of realism. The base framework is made of 0.3 mm nickel silver and offers many intricate details and half-etched elements. The part is assembled using PCB hot air soldering technology with soldering paste normally used for assembly circuit boards with SMD components. It is then airbrushed with RAL 1023 "Traffic yellow" lacquer paint.
Coils are made of real 0.1 mm thick stainless steel wounded into reels and fixed with thin nickel silver ties; they are also airbrushed with iron dye and underwent special treatment on the rotary tool to receive natural brushed texture.
The load inserts feature black plastic plates on both sides with prototypical micro printing. Product comes in a special cardboard box for additional safety. I believe the new load inserts will be interesting especially to those who would like to replace Leopard tanks on their SSy 45/Rlmmp 700 flatcars with something more peaceful
Both types of loads are reliably fixed on the flatcars with the help of small pins inserted into the holes for removable stakes in flatcar's floor.
I have to admit that the total effort needed to produce this kind of loads is nearly endless, and actually not fully justified even by the higher price.

Once again I would like to point out that these articles are proudly made in Kyiv, Ukraine with the help of my brave friends and colleagues. Two months ago, industrial facility in Kyiv where my photo-etching provider rents a workshop with expensive equipment has been partially destroyed after the missile hit from devilish russian creatures. He had a big luck that his room and equipment was not affected. And of course, the most important thing that no one was killed or injured because it happened at night.
Best regards,
Alex

Hi friends,
Along with replenishing a number of sold out items, I would like to introduce the next addition to the range of high quality load inserts - pipe loads for short 2-axle flatcars. These new loads is a perfect addition to already existing long pipe loads suitable for long 4-axle flatcars. New pipes are produced using the same technological process used for long ones: 304 stainless steel tubes with thin walls are airbrushed from the both sides (outer and inner) with lacquer paint – thick semi-gloss black coating from the outside, and matte red-brown coating from inside:

Each of the pipes features high-quality 1440 dpi UV-printing on the both sides. Pipes are arranged into 3-piece bundles tied with straps made of 0.2 mm photo-etched nickel silver painted in orange color. Loads have two support stands made of 0.5 mm natural wood. Since the new loads are suitable to many different types of flatcars, they may require additional fixation on certain types in order to avoid sliding and falling off during motion. For this, I prepared a set of 2 ultra-thin double-sided stickers that come with each load insert. These stickers are transparent and extremely thin - only 0.06 mm thick and therefore almost not visible at all when applied.
It is also worth noting that the new loads are suitable to the long 4-axle flatcars, too - two of them are needed in this case. In addition, it is also possible to use then with semi-trailers from Märklin, Noch and Herpa. Three different variants available: "Mannesmann" (Art. No. ZM-MRK-UNI-014A), "Hoesch" (Art. No. ZM-MRK-UNI-014B) and "Thyssen" (Art. No. ZM-MRK-UNI-014C).

I added some photos here showing how these big diameter pipes are transferred on type Klms 3430 2-axle flatcars in real life:
I saved these pictures in the past from
https://www.dybas.de; unfortunately, this very interesting encyclopedia went recently offline, so it is impossible to provide a link to the original webpage anymore.

Hi Alex,
congratulations ! Again a very realistic and well made load for a large number of different cars.....
Will there be a version without any company print, too ?
